Zona Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Physical Therapist. As a key member of our dynamic healthcare team, the successful candidate will contribute to the well-being of our patients by providing expert care and implementing evidence-based practices.

We help people with orthopedic conditions including spine, hips, head/neck, women's health (female pelvic floor dysfunction), Parkinson disease & other neurological conditions.
Our goal is to promote and preserve the health and well-being of our patients by using evidence-based practice in the examination, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of various conditions. We lead in developing and teaching the latest evidence-based treatments and exercises.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients with pelvic floor and orthopedic conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to address patients' specific needs and goals.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to enhance patients' physical function and alleviate pain.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management strategies to promote long-term recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and modifications to treatment plans as needed.
  • Stay current with advancements in pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy through continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia
Specialized training and/or certification in pelvic floor physical therapy and orthopedics.
Strong clinical skills and experience in treating a diverse range of pelvic floor and orthopedic conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
